What is a medium?

A medium is a person who connects to people who are no longer among the living.  Essentially a medium communicates with those who have passed on.  As a medium, I am the vessel between the physical world and the spiritual world. 

 

What is a medium reading?

During medium readings, I am able to connect to your loved ones who have passed on. In a medium reading, these loved ones will communicate their messages through me. They often will bring messages about past and present situations and intend to offer closure, guidance, and peace. 

 

How long are medium readings? 

Readings are either for half an hour session or an hour session. 

 

How do I prepare for my reading? 

Always keep an open mind about your reading.  Set an intention (think about, write down, or carry their picture) of who you want connect with prior to the reading. Thinking about the person(s) allows for the energy of that person(s) to be present during the reading. Bring a notebook and pen/pencil to take notes about important details, especially those that may not make sense to you. This will help you when you speak to your family and friends, who may understand the messages. Clients may wish to record the session on their phone. 

 

Can I choose who I want to connect with? 

Often times the loved ones you are intending to hear from will deliver messages to you. However, there are some times when you will hear from someone you hardly knew, never met, or is related to someone else in your life. I do not have control of which spirits speak the loudest. I cannot “call to” or “summons” specific spirits to come through. It may be that you are the message recipient, or that you are meant to relay a message to someone else. 

 

Can I ask them questions? 

Yes I will give you the opportunity to ask questions.

Will I receive guidance and predictions for my future?

Though there are times the spirits will provide advice or guidance, I do not offer psychic predictions. During a reading, I will deliver specific, meaningful messages from the loved ones who travel the journey of life along with you. Spirits will typically deliver detailed information and images that allow the participants to verify the identity and existence of the Spirit. These direct connections are a step in the direction toward comfort, healing, and peace. 

  

How do you receive messages from people who have died? 

There are many ways that a person who has died will identify themselves to me. I will see pictures and visualizations, hear them speak words, and feel their presence and certain aspects of their personality. Through this connection, I am able to validate to the client that the person who has passed away is actually present during the reading. 

 

What if I don’t understand the message or it doesn't make sense to me? 

These communications are sometimes abstract but are received in ways that help me relay the messages to you as best as I can. Keep an open mind about what you hear, consider other people in your life that might be able to make sense of these messages, and be sure to take notes. Sometimes these messages will make more sense to you a few weeks later or after speaking to loved ones. 

 

What if no spirits connect to me during my reading? 

Though this is VERY rare, it does happen. It does not mean that they do not want to connect with you, but that it might not be the right time. If you have had a reading or connection within the previous 6-12 months, they may not have any more to say. Also, they may be waiting for a better time, when their messages make more sense. In the rare case that this happens with your reading, we will reschedule a reading a few months later and try again. 

 

How often should I have medium readings? 

It is really a personal decision between myself and the client. 

 

What is your cancellation policy? 

To cancel or reschedule an appointment I respectfully request that you notify me a minimum of 24 hours prior to the appointment (48 hours is greatly appreciated!). Cancellations within 24 hours and no-shows, will be subject to a $75.00 cancellation charge.
